Gold Chart Head and Shoulders ?

Hi Folks, I just saw a chart that sure looks like a Head and Shoulder formation. Just a heads up with it. My good friend James spotted it and is a much better chartist than me. I do basic while he is heads above most. Head and Shoulders formations can be an indicator of a top.
