Working for a goal takes persistence and time. Where we invest may be different than someone else. Whether it be a pattern you find with Gold or Silver Coins, or perhaps some sector of the stock market, baseball cards or diamonds etc. It really depends on what makes more sense to you. Each of us will have our ways of understanding and that is the key to our success. Patience is very important before making a commitment, make sure you know it well. Study different things to find what is sustainable to you with less burnout. Do not invest on off mentally days. There will be better days when your focus is better. Whatever triggers your interest try to make yourself a master at it but do not ever get too over confident.
