Management Quality

Going out on a limb with my perspective on Management Qualities. My life`s experience on observing, how things go smoother. I was never high level with management however but recognize quality coming from what works with folks like me, the customer and the company. Pressure and demand certainly are and can be overwhelming these days. Quality employee`s is another issue. Given the opportunity I do feel I would have represented myself well. I chose a different path. But here is my view:

Recognize that one must get familiar with duties, we all start at the bottom. No one is an expert without some experience. Recognize that with your employee`s.

A level head. Respect is earned.

Knowing your stuff---Experience with the business.

Treating employee`s and customers. The customer is not your kicking post and neither should be new employee`s learning.

Experience isn`t everything, how you treat people is a major asset and a downfall without it.

Issue`s can`t wait till tomorrow, you deal with it in a rational manner.

Recognize talent, they are the key to your success. Many successful business`s and owners recognized talent and put them into position handle what you may not wish too. They may even be more talented than you. That`s ok. Be glad you have them.

Have a vision, improvise when needed and execute your plan.

Go the extra mile, public relations goes a long way`s.
