There is a W Formation developing with Gold and Silver. This can be a bullish formation and the chart is not in overbought conditions.
Both Oil and the DOW are at resistance levels. The question here is there enough growth in the market to justify higher prices. We are nearing election time with a lot of if`s so keep that in mind.
