Saudi`s taking over Port Arthur Refinery

Foreign investment, yes it can be a good thing however this concerns me. Saudi Arabia will have full control over America`s largest Refinery in Port Arthur. Thus said here is what I would like to see : I would like to see US Oil Companies move strategically to embolden themselves to assure America with home grown ownership. Perhaps good government policies to reward them for doing such. I doubt we see that with this *******loose of all time administration. Even so good planning should be a must.
