Medicare and Social Security---Expressed Thought

While reading about Wealth and Government ( tow seperate entities ) Medicare and Social Security is of concern to many Americans who paid into the system. These plans were paid for. Meanwhile we have witnessed the imbalance of government objectives ( passing the buck, kicking it down the road and creative thinking of how to twist it around ). In reality it has been abused by the powers. The growth of Government and creating new positions when we already had sufficient programs ( Government positions ) to handle those duties. It is clear to see the government leans way left ( protectionism ) as it stands today with it`s power. The disection of both programs into many entities which it was not meant for, diluting the fund to now present day taxes to cover for it. The rules changed somehow ? Not credible policy. Both parties are to blame and willinly propose liberal ideas. Wasn`t there a written contact somewhere to protect the people from a Government ? Ahh yes, the Constitution ! Had the fund been left alone by the government it would have lasted into eternity but instead was spent because the money was there. It`s no wonder so many object to present day waste of spending others money and political positioning within the Government and intended consequences to the rest of us. The IRS too has leaned way left as we read in the news and see congressional questioning of ethical behaviour. The NSA another example of abuse. The intentional importation of groups to then put them on assistance programs and yes that should have been for those who paid into programs such as Social Security and Medicare. Instead we see it going elsewhere with intended harm to us and freedoms. One cannot sit and wonder how these things got so astray, except the liberal movement that gained it`s roots and seated well in the last 40 years. I`m sure it was around before but the gains are very apparent more recently. With that in mind as I am a fan of music, this song seems to reflect well with todays time. Doobie Brothers----Takin it to the Streets.
