Silver and Gold ETF `s verses stocks

Fundamentals, ahh they are so important. With stocks if a company is doing well with nice forward statements on their earnings reports is a good thing. They can be less affected by political news than say Gold or Silver ETF`s. In todays time however fundamentals for Gold and Silver remain the same. We know who is buying the Gold and the mines. We know what the world debt is and the difficulties that lie ahead. Paper trading of both silver and gold can be manipulated as we have witnessed. Even though we know what the key factors are, Charting is a must. We live under conditions where the paper trading dictates the spot price of both. These ETF`s are not for the meek or weak hands. The market will try to shake these holders out just the same as trading with stocks.

Buy low sell high, a common term spoke of by traders. Irrational exuberance is a must to not get caught up in--- for now. Whatever you are invested in be careful of buying anything chartwise that is on a hill so to speak. As long as there is gravity the pressure can be down unless there is some kind of booster to keep pushing upward. Eventually if there is enough flames to bring it into the vacume of space well then that`s a whole new playing field. Is there enough fuel to maintain an orbit. In those times safety would be of a top priority. The stock market itself and charting long term give indications of your risk. One site that I like for a tell tale sign is valcambigoldinc.com showing the relation between the market in general and the price of Gold and Silver. Just one of what I believe is important factors to keep in mind.
