Spending 1 $ Billion for a Behavior Detection Program is an example of why we should reign in the gross misbehavior of our Government. Perhaps that money would be better spent on studying the Government instead of us with their approach of imposing KGB on us. The question is ( massive waste programs ) how prevalent this is. Imposing their will on us tax slaves is not what our founding fathers meant for it`s people. It`s really come to the point of being this bad.
Regardless to political parties I expect responsibility from our Government, an efficient smaller Government without all the nonsense. These spending programs are excuses to enrich themselves with no consideration to our Constitution. How big does Government have to be ? We have had the local police, always a necessity, county, state and federal. What else is needed, I believe the National Guard is a good thing also. Now we have added FEMA, NSA, TSA and who knows what else. I am sure if they could think it up, it would come into existence. When they can always rely on the tax payers, they have free will to tax us with no enforcement of criminal behavior by them. This is why the people should reverse these wasteful spending programs and probably should do the studies----> on Government Behavior. Or just stop the nonsence. Money better spent wouldn`t you agree.
